Ricki Heck has lived in Nevada County for 43 years. In her professional career Ricki has been a consultant to the California Legislature, professional staff to the Lieutenant Governor and an Executive Director of a local non-profit agency.

Most recently, in the private sector she oversaw more than $900 million dollars in investment real estate purchases throughout the Southern United States.  All of her career experience has given Ricki a diverse and valuable skill set. 

In 2018, she chose to bring her knowledge and experience in business to NID with the goal of serving her community and NID. Her personal life has focused on family, raising children on forested acreage with abundant gardens of vegetables and flowers.
