Brad Fowler is a lifelong generational stakeholder and resident of the Nevada Irrigation District.  He believes water should be affordable and reliable. Brad has been actively engaged with NID for over 15 years, attending board meetings and community workshops.  He is a water customer with a long-term interest in the health of the agency.
