Change of plans: NID will host a drive-through Easter Egg Hunt on April 16
Mother Nature is not cooperating with Nevada Irrigation District’s plans for an Easter Egg Hunt at Orchard Springs this Saturday. The meadow where the festivities are planned is very wet, and not safe for kids.
However, the Easter Bunny will not be undone! Sweet Easter treats will still be available via a drive-through egg hunt.
Here’s the revised plan: at 11:30 on Saturday April 16, NID will hand out candy at the gatehouse at Orchard Springs. Load up the family and hop ... well drive ... on down the bunny trail to the campground at 19085 Larsen Rd, Grass Valley, CA 95945.
